From Points North: Take I-95 south to exit 25
(Smithfield Avenue). Take left at top of exit.
Continue short distance, staying to left, until you
see entrance to Shaw’s plaza. Turn left onto
Collyer Street and University Medical Center is on
left as you enter plaza. The Rehabilitation Center will be directly in front of you.
From Points South: Take I-95 north to exit 24 (Branch
Avenue). Take right off exit and then left at the
first light onto North Main Street. Turn left onto
Smithfield Avenue and go short distance until you see
entrance to Shaw’s plaza on right. Turn right
onto Collyer Street and University Medical Center is on
left as you enter plaza. The Rehabilitation Center will be directly in front of you.
From Points East: Take I-195 west to I-95 north. Take
exit 24 (Branch Avenue). Take right off exit and
then left at the first light onto North Main Street. Turn
left onto Smithfield Avenue and go a short distance until
you see the entrance to Shaw’s plaza on right. Turn
right onto Collyer Street and the University Medical Center is on
left as you enter plaza. The Rehabilitation Center will be directly in front of you.
